How do I play Birdie Bag?

What do I receive with the game? 

A large velvet bag with our logo custom embroidered, 18 numbered chips, a steal chip, and a difficulty chip. 

Where is your product made?

Our product is currently made in China and assembled in the United States. Our goal is to find manufacturing partners in the United States as we continue to grow.

When does my order ship?

Your order will ship within 1-3 business days of order placement. We do not ship over the weekend. 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We ship via USPS or UPS. Your order will ship in approximately 5-7 business days. You will be able to follow your order's journey via the tracking provided upon shipment. 

Shipping

For domestic USA orders, the shipping rate is $5.

International orders are subject to a $30 flat rate shipping rate. We do not ship to Germany due to country restrictions.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages stolen once the item is marked delivered by the carrier and we kindly ask that you ship to a safe address.

That being said, please reach out as we want to do our best to assist you and work with the carrier in the event that this occurs. Customers living in large cities should be aware of the theft and crime rate that is increasing in their area.

Returns

We do not accept returns at this time. Play Birdie Bag is a small business so we appreciate your understanding.

Damages

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us here. Please retain your packaging and take photos so that we can properly file a damage claim.
